Processing Time

As we pride ourselves in providing the freshest oils possible, we ask our customers to be a little patient. All of our oils are pressed to order which means that as we receive your order we press and post within a day. Nothing is pre-made and stored, so when we get very busy it may take a bit longer.

We therefore ask our customers to allow for an order processing time of one to three working days.

As our products are fresh consumable goods we do not accept returns or exchanges!

Should goods arrive damaged we may offer credit or a refund so long as sufficient evidence is provided.
